IT Support Provider (FSP)
Technical support services at Tufts are provided through local contacts in your division or school. These IT Support Providers (FSP's) offer assistance for a variety of computer requests, including:
- Connections to the network or Internet
- Problems with your computer and related hardware
- Email support
- Print and file problems
When you place a service request or submit a question to TechConnect, your request is routed to the correct IT Support contact defined in the FSP list. If you prefer, you may use this list to find and contact your support provider directly.
