As Director of Business Planning and Administration, Angie is responsible for overseeing the financial, technology contracts and software licensing, human resources, project management, and administrative operations of TTS and for leading a team of eleven professional and administrative staff. Her areas of responsibility include financial and strategic business planning and consultation, development and implementation of financial funding strategies, operational and capital budgeting and budget management, financial modeling and analysis, forecasting and reporting, fiscal and budgetary policy setting, process improvement and compliance, purchasing and accounting services, technology contract review and negotiation, and software licensing management. Finance and Administration also provides guidance and support services related to human resources, including recruitment, staffing plans and compensation, and employee relations, and ensures TTS compliance with University personnel policies and external labor laws. Prior to coming to Tufts, Angie held financial management and leadership roles at MIT, Harvard, and Boston University.
Angie holds an M.B.A. from Boston University with a concentration in Public and Nonprofit Management. She received her B.A. from Boston University with concentrations in Psychology and Sociology. She is a member of NACUBO, EACUBO, ITFMA, and EDUCAUSE.
