Educational Technology Services (ETS) is a university-wide service group dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning through technology. We partner with faculty and academic programs to:

• Provide year-round professional development, training, and support.
• Offer expert consultation on technology-enhanced teaching strategies.
• Design, develop, and integrate educational technology solutions.
• Collaborate on the creation and delivery of online courses and programs.
• Introduce and manage new services that advance education and scholarship at Tufts.
• Lead the design and support of learning and collaboration spaces that foster innovation.

ETS is composed of four teams:

• Faculty Development & Instructional Design (including online program support)
• Educational Technology Product Management and Support
• AV Architecture, installation, and support services
• Fine Arts Studio Strategy and Operations
