Enterprise Operations & Support (formerly Client Support Services - CSS) provides strategic leadership for implementing and managing effective support for all enterprise IT, classroom and public and instructional computer labs on the Medford campus. Among the areas managed under this directorate are the IT service desk, on-site support services, IT asset and lifecycle administration, and service measurement and analysis to ensure Tufts’ faculty, staff and students have appropriate IT support in order to make the best use of the technology available to them.
