Viewing Your EventsThere are multiple ways to view the details of your events in the Reserve Tufts Web App. One way is the My Bookings section of the home screen. Another is on the My Events page.
Reminder: Event details in Reserve Tufts fall under two categories. Reservation details are the "who" and the "what" of an event. Booking details are the "when" and "where".
The My Bookings section at the bottom of the home screen will display information about your upcoming bookings. From here, you can view bookings by day or month. You can also search for one of your bookings using the event’s name or location.
Viewing My Bookings by Day/Month
| (1) | Choose between day or month view. You can also select a specific date to view. |
| (2) | Click on the title of an event to see more information and edit details. |
| (3) | Cancel a booking. |
| (4) | Navigate between days/months. |
Searching My Bookings
| (1) | Search for event using the event’s title or location. |
| (2) | Click on the title of an event to see more information and edit details. |
Click on My Events in the left-hand menu. Information in this section can be displayed by reservation or booking details.
Viewing Events by Reservation Details
| (1) | Search reservations using event names. |
| (2) | Choose to view current or past events. |
| (3) | Click on the title of an event to see more information and edit details. |
| (4) | Include cancelled reservations in the list. |
Viewing Events by Booking Details
| (1) | Choose day, week, or month view. |
| (2) | Search for bookings using event titles or locations. |
| (3) | Click on the title of an event to see more information and edit details. |
| (4) | Navigate between dates. |
| (5) | Include cancelled bookings in the list. |
