Computer Tips: Updating Your On-File Contact InformationKeeping your address, phone number, and other personal information up to date in Tufts systems takes only a few minutes.
Tip: While you maybe have multiple addresses, set your main address to your current address local to Tufts.
Tip: Make sure your preferred phone number is the best to reach you outside of work or school - for example, your mobile phone, not your office phone or your parents' home phone.
- Log into eServe (https://access.tufts.edu/eserve) with your Tufts credentials.
- Click the Personal Information tile.
- Tip: If you don't see the Personal Information tile, be sure you are on the Employee Self-Service page.
- Choose a section on the left to add or edit your information.
- Tip: Make sure your address is current and local.
- Tip: You can add multiple phone numbers.
- To edit or add your phone number, click the Contact Details section.
- To add a new phone number, click the + symbol.
- To edit an existing phone number, click the arrow on the right of the row.
- To change which phone number is best to reach you outside of Tufts (e.g. your Mobile number), edit the number and check the Preferred box, then hit Save in the top right.
- To add a new phone number, click the + symbol.
- Log into SIS (go.tufts.edu/sis) with your Tufts credentials.
- Under My Profile, select Contact Information.
- Click the Pencil icon next to any section that needs editing.
- To edit your phone number, select the pencil icon next to Phone.
- Select Add a New Phone Number to add a new number.
- To change which phone number is best to reach you outside of Tufts (e.g. your Mobile number), to the right of the row, check the Preferred box, then hit Save on the bottom.
