A/V and Video Conferencing Service Request

Use this form to request A/V Services on any Tufts campus. For all events, we request notice of 10 business days (2 weeks) to ensure staff and equipment are available to support your request. You will receive a confirmation call from Tufts AV and Media Services to gather additional details within 2 business days after you submit this form (requests submitted after noon on Fridays will be confirmed by AV and Media Services by Tuesday of the following week).

Instructions

NOTE: You must use either Chrome or Firefox when filling out this form

  1. Please reserve a room for your event. Many rooms can be reserved through the Tufts Space and Resource Reservation System.

  2. Please be aware that setup and breakdown time will be required before and after your event. Your event coordinator will review this with you.

  3. After the request has been submitted, we will reach out to you to discuss the details and determine what equipment is needed.

  4. Please review our policies and pricing.

NOTE: Live Web Streaming, Professional Video, and/or audio recording will have someone onsite for the duration of the session.
