The TTS Walk-Up Desk is available for in-person tech support on the Medford, Boston, and Grafton campuses during regular business hours.

Boston-HealthSci Campus

5th Floor Sackler Building, 145 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA

Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Boston-SMFA Campus

MacLab B211c, 230 Fenway, Boston, MA

Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM to 12 PM

NOTE: SMFA Walk-up office is not staffed when out on a call. Staff can use Boston-HealthSci Walk-up desk or create a ticket with the TTS Service Desk and SMFA support will schedule a time to assist.

Medford Campus

Eaton Hall, 5 The Green, Medford, MA

Monday - Thursday: 9 AM to 11 PM

Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM

Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM
