Joining a Meeting

With WebEx Meeting Center, you can join previously scheduled meetings in a couple of different ways:

For quick overviews, watch these videos from Cisco about starting and joining WebEx meetings.

Join via a link

If you are provided with a link to a scheduled WebEx meeting, you can simply click on it when it is time to enter the meeting.

Note: A WebEx account is not required to join a meeting this way. Anyone can join. This is useful if you are meeting with people outside of Tufts who don't have accounts.

Join via link

2. Go to the Upcoming Meetings section of the home screen.

3. Find the meeting that you want to join and click Start. If someone else has already started the meeting, the link will say Join.

  2. Call the phone number provided.
  3. When prompted, provide the access code for the meeting and then hit #.
  4. Skip the Attendee ID# by hitting # again.
  5. Once you join the meeting, you will show up in the Participants panel as a "Call-in User."
