The Hub Window
The Hub window is where you can make search for members of the Tufts community, manage your contact lists, place calls, and more.
Note: The appearance and organization of the Jabber Hub and chat windows will depend on your settings.

1 | Change your status, access your profile and preferences, or sign out. |

Contacts – Create your own personal contact lists where you can see people’s statuses and start new conversations. Recent Calls – If your Jabber account is integrated with a VoIP telephone service, information about your recent phone calls will appear here. You can also start new calls. |
3 | Dial a phone number (requires VoIP telephone integration) or search for a contact. |
5 | Depending on what you are doing (looking up contacts, etc.), this panel will display different information. |
