Publishing and Distributing Your Form
Note: You distribute your form only to users who will initially submit your form. Kuali Build will automatically email reviewers at the appropriate workflow step.
Before you distribute your a link to your published form:
- Ensure that you've configured permissions in your app. Publishing and distributing an app is not enough! Assign users or groups permissions so that the appropriate users can access, fill out, and submit the form (see Configuring an App's Access and Permissions).
- Ensure that the app icon color is set to green (see the accordion "Required: App Colors to Use").
If you have granted document creation permissions to anonymous users, Kuali Build will not publish the form if it contains data lookup gadgets, as these can connect to Tufts systems, until these gadgets are removed or the permissions are changed.
- In your app, click Publish in the top right menu.

- Click Publish.

Your app is live! If you've already assigned users permissions to submit your form, you can click Share Form to get the distribution link for your form.
