Bookmarking Pages Within a PDF
This section describes how to bookmark pages within a PDF. Bookmarks are a way to mark important locations within the file and make them easier to find later.
1. Click the Bookmarks icon in the left-hand menu. The Bookmarks panel will open.

2. To add a new bookmark for a particular page, navigate to the page and click the New Bookmark button at the top of the panel.

3. Give the new bookmark a name and hit press the Enter key.

4. Repeat this process as necessary to create a list of bookmarks for the document. Clicking on a bookmark will take you to the appropriate page.

- Rename a bookmark - First, click on a bookmark to highlight it, then click on the bookmark again. A text box will appear where you can edit the bookmark's name.

- Re-organize the list of bookmarks - Simply drag and drop bookmarks to their desired locations within the list. An arrow and a line will appear to indicate the bookmark's new location.

- Delete a bookmark - Click on a bookmark to highlight it, then click the Delete button (

- Change the location of a bookmark - First, click on a bookmark to highlight it. Then, navigate to a new page in the PDF and click the Set Destination button (
