Help with Qualtrics
If you would like help or training on using Qualtrics, there are many resources available to help you.
- At Tufts, we offer several Zoom workshops walking through Qualtrics, from the basics of how to use Qualtrics to the advanced topics of sending automatic emails after survey submissions and displaying different questions to different users (such as having staff questions and student questions). You can find these by logging in to the Learning Center and searching for Qualtrics.
- Qualtrics also has extensive documentation which includes step by step walkthroughs of every functionality and setting throughout all of Qualtrics.
