Check the Status of your Ticket
After you have submitted a ticket, you will receive an email with the incident number for your records. To check the status of your ticket:
- Reply to the email received from the Service Desk (Note: be sure that it@tufts.edu is in the To field and not the CC field)
OR
- Log into TechConnect to view your ticket:

- Click on the Incident Number link in the email you received from the Service Desk.
- Log into TechConnect using your Tufts Username and Tufts Password.
- Review the status of your ticket.
- Click into Additional comments.
- Add comments (if applicable).
- Click Update.
