Check the Status of your Ticket


After you have submitted a ticket, you will receive an email with the incident number for your records. To check the status of your ticket:

  • Reply to the email received from the Service Desk (Note: be sure that is in the To field and not the CC field)


    1. Click on the Incident Number link in the email you received from the Service Desk.
    2. Log into TechConnect using your Tufts Username and Tufts Password.
    3. Review the status of your ticket.
    4. Click into Additional comments.
    5. Add comments (if applicable).
    6. Click Update.
