Submit a Ticket to the TTS Service Desk
If you need to report any technical issues or wish to request support, you must first submit a ticket to the TTS Service Desk. Contact the Tufts Technology Services (TTS) 24/7 Service Desk by calling 617-627-3376 (for fastest service) or by emailing it@tufts.edu.
Please provide the Service Desk with the following information:
Contact Information
- Name/Tufts User Name (If you are contacting on behalf of someone else, be sure to include their name as well.)
- Phone Number
- Campus
- Building
- Room Number
Description
- Describe the Issue/Concern (Provide as much detail as possible)
- Include affected software application (if applicable)
- Include IP addresses/Hostname for printers (if available)
Once you have submitted a ticket you will receive an email with the incident number for your records.
