This section is for Everyday Users that need to use the Web App to reserve rooms, view prior bookings, and find information about event services.

This video about the Reserve Tufts Web App will give a quick look at the interface and booking a room.

NOTE: When you are searching for a place to hold your event, available spaces will be split up into two categories:

• Rooms You Can Reserve - These are rooms that are available on a first-come first-served basis. They do not require approval. If they are available, you can book them immediately.
• Rooms You Can Request - These rooms are managed by a Point of Contact. When you request to use them, a tentative booking will be created. The Point of Contact will then approve or deny your request.
