Validating Space Information
Whether your previously-managed spaces are added to Reserve Tufts for the first time, renovations are made to your spaces, or you are given new spaces to manage, it is a good idea to check that the information about those spaces in the system is correct.
If there is any incorrect or missing information about one of your spaces, please email: ReserveTufts@tufts.edu.
1. Log in to the Reserve Tufts Web Client. (Note: The Reserve Tufts Web Client must be accessed via the Tufts VPN if you are not using a secure on-campus internet connection.)
2. Click on Book in the top toolbar.
3. Click on the name of one of the spaces that you manage in the list on the left-hand side of the page. A Room Info window will appear.
4. Click through the Room, User Defined Fields, and Images tabs and check that the information is correct.
