If you have forgotten your Tufts username, TuftsTools can find your username for you.

1. Navigate to TuftsTools.

   
2. Click I can't remember my Tufts Username.
3. Enter the following information in the Tufts Username Recovery window:
   • Step 1 of 3:
     • Enter your full name using a capital letter for the first character in both your first and last name. 
       • Example: Use Michael Smith, not Mike Smith or michael smith (Only enter your middle initial if it is part of your Tufts identity.)
     • Confirm the Captcha.
     • Click Next.
   • Step 2 of 3:
     • Enter the month (mm) and date (dd) of your birth.
     • Click Next.
   • Step 3 of 3:Your Tufts Username is displayed.
