Helpful information using Tufts Virtual Lab

• Save your work frequently to your Tufts Box Account, or to a shared folder
• Printing to a locally installed or network printers is available. Also, Pharos printing software is installed on the student accessible virtual desktops, and allows for printing to all Tufts public printers
• Disconnected sessions to virtual desktops are preserved for 1 hour. Users can log back in and continue working where they left off. When user logs off, or has been disconnected for longer than 1 hour, anything that is not saved from the virtual session will be lost.
• Locally attached USB devices will appear under "Network Drives" on the virtual machine, on which you are connected
