Availability and Status

Use your availability and status to let people know if you’re busy and provide extra information. You can also set quiet hours to prevent unwanted disruptions via Webex.

  • Availability – Set yourself as Busy or Do not Disturb for a specific time period.

  • Status – Give people extra information as needed, including what you’re doing, who they should reach out to in an emergency, etc.

  • Quiet Hours - Set a schedule to mute your call notifications and change your availability to Quiet outside your working hours.
