1. From the Clips Homepage on the Tufts Zoom website or the Zoom Workplace application, click into the My playlists tab.
2. Click the New Playlist button toward the top right.
3. In the popup window that appears, provide a thumbnail image, name, and description for your playlist.

There are multiple ways to add clips to a playlist. One way is to find the clip, click the options button, and select Add to playlist.

You can also go to the My playlists page and click on a playlist to see its contents. From here, you can Add and Remove clips as needed.

1. From the Clips Homepage on the Tufts Zoom website or the Zoom Workplace application, click into the My playlists tab.
2. Click the Options button for a playlist and select Edit.
3. In the popup window that appears, you can manage the playlist’s thumbnail image, name, and description.
4. When you’re ready, click Save.

Deleting playlists will NOT delete the clips that have been added to them. Deleted playlists cannot be restored.

2. Click the Options button for a playlist and select Delete.
3. Confirm by clicking Delete.

2. Hover over the playlist and click the Share button. 
   
   
3. The Share window will open. From here, you can:
   
   a. Invite new people as viewers or editors
   b. Manage the permissions of existing collaborators
   c. Manage permissions on the share link
   d. Determine who has permission to invite and remove collaborators from the playlist
