Research Guides@Tufts has been restored to service after an outage at Amazon Web Services where the service is hosted.
On Monday January 16 from 6-7:30 a.m. Library Technology Services will perform an upgrade on the proxy server that enables access to many library resources from off campus. During this time, those resources will not be available. We will update this site when the service is available again.

Proquest, the JumboSearch vendor, has been working today on a system-wide update to the Summon platform that JumboSearch runs on. This was not an update for Tufts specifically, but rather one that is affecting all customers. The update is either still in progress or is having wide-spread issues. Many elements are not currently working, including links out, some appearance related items like the Tufts wordmark. To locate local items use the library catalog: http://library.tufts.edu To search databases consult the library database finder: http://www.library.tufts.edu/resourceDB/ We will update InfoBoard when we know more about the vendor's ETA for resolving the issues.
On Sunday, August 7th, some library services will be interrupted during routine maintenance. The library catalog, FindIt@Tufts, and requesting in WorldCat Local will NOT be available. Please plan your work accordingly.
The it.tufts.edu web site will be unavailable 7/16/2016 from 8:00pm to 9:00pm for Drupal core and module updates.

The Tufts Libraries are currently aware of an issue with access to the libraries' electronic resources through JumboSearch. BLC WorldCat will be unavailable for searching or making interlibrary loan requests from 9 p.m. Saturday June 4 to noon Sunday June 5 while the vendor does extensive maintenance.
