We will be performing a major upgrade of the Spark Wiki system (Confluence) on Sunday June 1st. The entire wiki system will be unavailable between the hours of 06:00am and 04:00pm on that day. We will be upgrading our production instance of TechConnect to ServiceNow's latest release, Dublin, on Saturday, April 19th. We will begin at 6:30am and intend to be back online at or before 1:00pm on Saturday afternoon. Infoboard will be updated as soon as the upgrade has been fully confirmed. The issues with the Tufts network have been resolved and all campus to campus telephone calling services including access to voice mail have been restored to normal operation.
Due to issues with the Tufts network, campus to campus telephone calling is experiencing disruptions. You may place a campus to campus call by dialing externally using 9+1+telephone number. The issues are also preventing calls from reaching voicemail. All voice over IP telephone services are disrupted as well. Responsible personnel are investigating the network issues. There have been reports of an intermittent problems with the wired network access in a few areas across the Medford Campus. Clients may still connect to Tufts Wireless or Tufts Guest Wireless networks. Responsible parties are now investigating. Further information will be provided as available.
The intermittent problems with the wired network access have been resolved around noon time. Should you experience any problems, please call the support center.
TTS has updated the certificate for student.support.tufts.edu website. The site should no longer display a warning about an expired certificate. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the TTS Service Desk at it@tufts.edu or 617-627-3376.
The certificate for student.support.tufts.edu has expired. THe site can still be accessed if the exception for the certificate is accepted. TTS is working to resolve the issue.
