Overview
Instructional labs are used to support faculty coursework and classes. The instructional lab in Braker Hall 002 has 19 Mac workstations available, while the instructional lab in Eaton 208 is a Windows PC lab with 18 workstations. These labs must be reserved for classes. If you are interested in reserving a lab, please login to the Space and Resource Reservation System, browse to locate the specific lab name, and fill out the online reservation form.
Students interested in working in one of the labs may apply through the Student Life website.

Hardware
Each computer is connected to the Tufts domain and to the internet. The following hardware is available for general use:
- 19 Mac Pro's; OS X 10.7 (Lion); Quad-Core 2.66 Ghz Intel Xeon, 3 GB RAM, 640GB hard drive, DVD-RW/CD-RW Drive, 24" Dell flat panel display
- 1 ceiling fixed presentation projector
- 1 BookScan scanning station

Additional Lab Software Installation
Faculty can place a request for the acquisition and installation of additional software in the computer labs. The above list of software does not reflect the number of licenses available for a product. If your class requires any special software outside of the Microsoft Office suite, even if it's listed above, please make a software request when you reserve this lab.
