Self-Service Software Installation (LANDesk)

Provides access to Adobe and Microsoft software installations on Tufts-owned Windows computers via the LANDesk software deployment portal.

Features

The LANDesk software deployment portal allows Tufts faculty and staff to install licensed software directly to their Tufts-owned Windows PCs. 

Features include:

  • Self-service installations do not require you to contact TTS for assistance
  • Adobe and Microsoft products available 

Get Started

The LANDesk software deployment portal is installed on all Tufts-owned Windows computers. You can access the portal and install software by clicking on LANDesk under your computer’s Start Menu. 

If LANDesk is not available on your computer, call 617-627-3376 or email it@tufts.edu for assistance.
