Live Class Support Requests: Spring 2020

Live Technical Support & Coaching Sessions for Faculty and TA’s Running Their First Zoom or WebEx Session

Effective March 19, TTS is offering “Live” online help for teaching with using Zoom or WebEx.

Request Live Classroom Support

  • 1:1 live coaching session prior to your class, or
  • AV support for your live session, which includes an online check in 15 minutes prior to your live class to assist, and continued support for the first 20 minutes of your class

(NOTE: This service is limited and on a first come, first serve basis and can only be scheduled on a class by class basis. In order to facilitate our scheduling, please submit request 2 days prior to your class whenever possible.)
