Default Quota for Tufts University Email Service Will Increase to Seven Gigabytes (7GB)
Over the course of this week, Tufts University Exchange (On Premise) email service will be upgraded to support a default email quota of seven Gigabytes (7GB). This change, from 5GB to 7GB, will be transparent to the Tufts community: it will occur in the background and not require any configuration or action by the community. Faculty and staff with quotas greater than 7GB will remain at their higher, custom quotas.
The easiest way to check your current email quota is in Outlook Web App (OWA). To do so, login to OWA with your Tufts Username and Tufts Password; then, hover over your account folder name in the navigation pane. A box will appear indicating your space usage.
