WebEx - New Products and Features for Tufts Users
Two new products have been added to the Tufts WebEx service: WebEx Training Center and WebEx Event Center. Much like WebEx Meeting Center, they provide helpful features for running a virtual event or training session.
WebEx Training Center
This module lets you explore training tools in a live session and adds some features specific to teaching and learning such as:
- Option to allow and/or prevent attendees from speaking
- Breakout rooms
- Threaded Q&A
- Attention Monitoring
- Testing – before, during and after a session

WebEx Event Center
This module lets you host and schedule an effective virtual event and includes helpful features specific to large-scale events such as:
- Automated email invitations
- Event confirmations and reminders
- Custom registration questions
- Post-event surveys
- Detail reports after the meeting
