How to Request IT Service and Support on the Medford Campus

We know the start of semester is a busy time and would like to take this opportunity to ensure community members on the Medford campus are aware of the best ways to request technical support. Tufts Technology Services’ IT professionals are ready to help with all your technology needs. 

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we have created three frontline technical support teams for the Medford campus. Our technicians have been cross-trained to meet the needs of various departments within their respective areas of campus. This allows for backup, support continuity, and knowledge sharing that improves our overall capability to provide support when you need it. The changes are designed to make it easier for faculty, students, and staff to access Tufts’ IT services, to reduce the time it takes to respond to a request for assistance, and to foster awareness of the effective use of technology in teaching, learning, research, and administration.  If your support request requires a frontline support technician, the TTS Client Support Center will assign your support issue to a technician in your area who can resolve your request.
