Bio

As Director of Information Technology Experience and Engagement for Tufts University, I lead all facets of user engagement from the customer experience to service strategy to provide outstanding service delivery, promote community engagement, and to identify and anticipate the evolving technology needs of students, faculty, and staff. I work in strategic partnership with the Tufts community and university leadership, to continuously assess the information technology needs and strategic goals to ensure an exceptional IT experience for our community.

Current portfolio includes client support services, 24 / 7 service desk, desktop engineering, identity management, enterprise services, and IT educational programming.
