Ingenuity Pathway Analysis 

Introduction

Tufts University has a "single concurrent" network license for Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) software from QIAGEN, available to anyone at Tufts University or Tufts Medical Center, one user at a time.

Getting Started

  1. Please fill out the IPA Account Request Form to be added to the Tufts IPA license
  2. Install IPA on your computer following these Installation Instructions
  3. Make a reservation on the calendar to the right following the below instructions

Making a Reservation

  1. Click on a green box under the selected date that corresponds to the time you wish to reserve

  2. Enter your information under “Booking Details”

  3. Click “Submit My Booking”

  4. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to cancel your booking. Users that are logged in without a reservation will be warned and then logged off the software by an administrator after 15 minutes.

  5. If you are not able to access the software during your reserved time because someone else is logged in, the TTS service desk can help clear a seat for you. Please call (617) 627-3376  mention the IPA Knowledge Base Article Support Scenario #2
