Tufts Technology Services (TTS) is a university-wide service organization committed to delivering technology services that support Tufts’ mission of teaching, learning, research, and service. Understanding that IT enables innovation, TTS prioritizes holistic, human-centered design strategies to create timely and intuitive services, applications and tools that differentiate the Tufts experience.

Client Support Services (CSS) provides strategic leadership for implementing and managing effective support for all enterprise IT, classroom and public and instructional computer labs on the Medford campus.
The Design Practice brings together knowledge areas of service design, user experience, enterprise architecture, and software development to frame and solve critical and complex problems, and deliver compelling solutions and engaging experiences.
Educational Technology Services (ETS) partners with Tufts academic and professional communities to integrate the best existing and emerging information technologies into teaching, learning, and research.
The Enterprise Applications (EA) team brings diverse expertise to the management and support of a host of indispensable Tufts IT services and resources, including applications for divisions such as HR, Finance, Advancement, and Student Information.
Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) provides the secure and hosted foundation, such as TTS's 24/7 centralized data centers, on which all technical services across the University rely.
The Finance & Administration (F&A) team designs, plans, and manages the business aspects of TTS by providing financial, human resources, project management, and administrative support services to all TTS staff.
The Information Security (IS) team provides University-wide IT security services that invite and empower the Tufts community to be proactive by thinking, working, and acting securely.
Research Technology (RT) works closely with Tufts academic and research communities to enable their vast potential in research through the innovative design and meaningful integration of technology to meet broad and local goals.
