Walk-up Support Locations

Tufts Technology Services (TTS) headquarters is located on the Medford/Somerville Campus in the Tufts Administration Building (TAB): 169 Holland St, Somerville, MA.

24/7 TTS Support Desk: Faculty and staff are encouraged to call the 24/7 Support Desk at 617-627-3376 to resolve support issues or make an appointment with a Desktop Support technician.

The Tufts Technology Services Walk-Up Desks are available for in-person tech support to students, faculty, and staff on all campuses.

Available services include:

  • Network connectivity troubleshooting, including room calls
  • Over-the-phone troubleshooting for basic computer questions or problems
  • Walk-in service available for laptops
  • Virus checks and removals
  • Data backup
  • Setup for the wireless network at Tufts

Medford Campus

Students may drop off and pick up machines Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

Boston-Health Sciences Campus

The SMFA Walk-up office is not staffed when out on a call. You can use Boston-HealthSci Walk-up desk or create a ticket with the TTS Service Desk and SMFA support will schedule a time to assist.
