Walk-up Support Locations

Tufts Technology Services (TTS) offers both online and in-person technology help.

24/7 TTS Support Desk: Faculty and staff are encouraged to call the 24/7 Support Desk at 617-627-3376 to resolve support issues or make an appointment with a Desktop Support technician.

The Tufts Technology Services Walk-Up Desks are available for in-person tech support to students, faculty, and staff on all campuses.

Available services include:

  • Network connectivity troubleshooting, including room calls
  • Over-the-phone troubleshooting for basic computer questions or problems
  • Walk-in service available for laptops
  • Virus checks and removals
  • Data backup
  • Setup for the wireless network at Tufts

Medford Campus

Beginning Monday, May 18, 2026, the TTS Walk-Up Help Desk and Repair Center on the Medford campus will temporarily relocate from Tisch Library to Lincoln Filene, Suite 203 while construction work is completed at Tisch Library.

TTS offers repair service. Students may drop off and pick up machines Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM. Loaners are available free of charge to students that have computers in for repair at the repair center.
